ABSTRACT

"Ke- gorditas" is a company dedicated to developing chicharrón gorditas filled which will be sold in self service stores and shops in the area Tecámac. The innovation of this product is based on the gorditas are cooked and packed with preservatives so that consumption is fast and simple, the product will be distributed in so-called convenience stores for the customer to more easily find and when you want,consumer only the chubby warm in a microwave and enjoy our product. For the company it is very important to support the Mexican food and this will achievewith the funding of our project.
